PURPOSE STATEMENT
Digital Imaging: Improving Dermatology Patient Care will focus on the role of digital imaging in the early detection, improved diagnosis, and management of a variety of dermatologic conditions and procedures, and will discuss strategies for integrating digital imaging solutions into dermatology practice.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Recognize the potential applications of digital imaging to diagnose skin diseases and conditions with better precision and efficiency and keep accurate medical records.
- Define the role of digital imaging in a dermatology practice and how the technology integrates with existing practice systems.
- Develop office-based processes for employing digital imaging solutions to enhance communications with colleagues and patients to improve clinical outcomes visualization, patient adherence, and patient care.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Digital Imaging: Improving Dermatology Patient Care is intended for clinical and cosmetic dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals interested in the management of dermatology patients and the role of digital imaging.
